Terms And Conditions

This agreement sets out the terms and conditions ('Terms and Conditions') applicable to members of the service operated by Freelancerscenter.com. All registrants (referred to as members) of Freelancerscenter must agree to the following Terms and Conditions. In the event a member breaches or otherwise fails to comply with any of these Terms and Conditions, Freelancerscenter may terminate the participation of such member from the site.

The Role of Freelancerscenter

Members acknowledge that Freelancerscenter is a free service. At any time, this free service can be revoked for any reason the administrators deem fit.

You negotiate fee for a project with another member directly outside the involvement of Freelancerscenter. We are not responsible and/or liable for any transactions and/or negotiations between members.

Freelancerscenter functions as a venue to connect webmasters and programmers in a virtual marketplace. As a neutral facilitator, Freelancerscenter is not directly involved in the actual transactions between users of the Site. As a result, Freelancerscenter has no control over the truth, accuracy, quality, legality, or safety of postings made by users. Because verifying the identity of a user on the Internet is difficult, Freelancerscenter cannot and does not confirm the identity of users. Freelancerscenter also does not confirm nor verify the qualifications, background, or abilities of users. Therefore, we recommend that you be careful and exercise common sense and good judgment when dealing with any member on the Site. If you are unsatisifed with another member, please email us with your complaint and the most Freelancerscenter can do is to post this on our complaint page. We are not responsible for your transactions and cannot refund the money you have sent to another member.

Eligibility Requirements

Freelancerscenter.com shall have absolute discretion as to whether or not it accepts a particular registrant/member for participation in the service on this site.

Removal From Network

Freelancerscenter.com reserves the right to terminate the participation of any member or site without reason but expressly including any member site that Freelancerscenter judges to be in violation of the Terms and Conditions.

Members in violation of Freelancerscenter' Terms and Conditions will be immediately deactivated. Freelancerscenter may deactivate members with no prior notification, though every effort will be made to notify the deactivated member via the email address provided by the member. Members may be terminated by Freelancerscenter on any basis other than violation of these Terms and Conditions.

Payments

For specific services provided directly or indirectly to Freelancerscenter, all payments will be made in US funds when the balance in the member's account is equal or greater than US$50.00.

As previously stated, any member that Freelancerscenter removes from the service due to violation of the Terms and Conditions will receive no credit or payment.

Copyrights

No copyright material can be posted on Freelancerscenter. This includes scripts which are sold by the author. Only posting sections of these scripts, as examples, will be permitted. A "section" being no more than 10% of the script's contents. This is meant to protect the author's rights.

Modifications

Freelancerscenter reserves the right to change the member Terms and Conditions at any time. It is the member's responsibility to check these Terms and Conditions from time to time for such changes. In the event Freelancerscenter offers any additional or replacement services then this agreement shall apply to such services in the absence of any new agreement specific to such services which is entered into between the parties.

Ownership

Members agree that all information contained on a website operated by Freelancerscenter, and all information compiled by Freelancerscenter through operation of the affiliate program, is the proprietary information of Freelancerscenter. Personal information provided by members to Freelancerscenter will be kept confidential and will not be distributed to any third party.

Email Addresses

Members may post their e-mail addresses on the site in addition to entering the "e-mail" field of the signup form, or when asked by Freelancerscenter at any other time. E-mail addresses and all methods of communication, including phone, ICQ, AIM, MSN Messenger, etc... are also automatically provided if you choose a provider (or if you are the provider chosen for the project).

Providing Contact Information

You are free to make direct contact with another member at your own risk. This includes giving out your e-mail address, ICQ number, phone number, or any other method of contact outside of this site. Freelancerscenter also provide you with message boards for your pre-project planning. Note that the Freelancerscenter system does not distinguish between featured and non-featured message board posts.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold Freelancerscenter and its sponsors against any and all claims, losses, liability costs and expenses (including but not limited to solicitors' fees) arising from your violations of this Agreement or any third party's rights, including but not limited to infringement of any copyright, violation of any proprietary rights and invasion of any privacy rights. This obligation will survive any termination and/or revision of this Agreement.
